The food is always good. Service is dependent on the time of day. Tonight a man was mad that i asked for napkins to clean off my cup before i put it in my car. You can tell the night crew dont want to be there. Fast food work isnt fun. Dont want to do it. Then dont apply..

Good food always busy but they move very fast and efficiently. Don't let the lines scare you away.

Excellent going to miss it in Oklahoma

I went to this location and they got my order wrong I called in and they said that" Travis" was the assistant manager and that he would take care of it and replaced the hole order over 40 dollars when I returned to replacement about 2 weeks later I have to fight to even get just one meal and not what I ordered the first time with having a food allergy they are lucky I check my food because they put on food that could have given me massive health problems pass pore customer service and

The fish sandwich was hard and gross, the fries tasted freezer burnt, no ketchup given,.... Threw everything away and went next door to Culver's. Don't waste your money here

Great good, weird service, but great food. Definitely think their quarter pounder is the best one of those I've had and their fries are absolutely amazing. I also like that I could pick up on the passenger side since I suck and have a broken driver side window.

Can not go wrong with B-Bop's and their amazing food. It has a very old-fashioned diner feel to it and the burgers are always fresh and hot. It is also very convenient that they have a driver and passengers side pickup.

The service was terrific and quick. And, as always, the food was well prepared.

Awesome I had a Double Bacon Cheeseburger Meal with everything except for lettuce. My wife got the Fish Sandwich for first time..And we both got Large Unsweetened Tea

I gave a bad review here about 2 months ago, I go here weekly and I have to say they really stepped up. Service has been amazing and the staff has been awesome. I had a full conversation with the girl at the drive through and I realized I haven’t had a bad experience there for a long time. Then I got home and had one of the best burgers I have had a minute- 5 stars and my favorite place again! Kudos to whoever saw my previous review!

We're regulars at B-Bops. If you've never been here before, get a 1/4 burger, fries and chocolate shake. Best burger in town. Staff is always friendly and food is hot and fresh. Sloppy Joe's are good too but kind of small so if you're really hungry get two!

I love BBops however, this location can’t seem to get it right. On two separate occasional our food was cold and stale, as if it sat out all evening. You get what you pay for right! 🤷🏻‍♀️ We won’t be returning to this location.

If you come to Iowa, you got to get a hamburger from there, I swear, it's the best ever.

I want to give a shout out to Miles who was super awesome and polite while we waited for our food. Their oven had caught fire so we had to wait a bit longer than normal. He gave us free shakes and extra fries with our order. Stay awesome, Miles!

It's yummy fast food. Pretty much the normal burger menu. And the design is cute and old fashioned.

Food is good. Bought a shirt and got upcharged. Man at the window took it upon himself to mansplain what tax was to me. It was an incredibly rude experience. Will not be returning. Will gladly drive to the Ames location instead.

The regular cheeseburger reminds me of Iowa Speedway Culver's cheeseburgers. They only tasted like that at the speedway. Beautiful.

Extremely dissatisfied with the food and the waiting in line over 45 minutes. Will never ever go to this restaurant again. Poor quality of food and staff needs to get it together.

Monday is their "cheap day" at the Ankeny location. The single hamburger is discounted and they will add cheese for a little more. Be prepared to wait for a little while. They are pretty quick at making and serving the food but it's a super popular day. The burgers and fries are great. Give their grilled chicken sandwich and add the bacon, it's also very good!

First time eating there and the food was a real treat, fully satisfying. Their chocolate shakes are tasty and worth visiting again

This happen to me 2 times in one week where theres something missing in my bag!! First was missing fries and today I'm missing the 10 pcs nuggets! That's $5. I wish they would double check the bag to make sure everything order is in there. I get they are busy but they still need to check...ugh😡😡😡

Would be a 5, great food, excellent service, but we got kicked out of the outside tables when we were just sitting and enjoying our food

Was just at the Ankeny location sitting in the drive thru waiting for my order. I see an employee with gloves on eating in the food production area. I informed the manager I didn't want my food and wanted my money back instead and told him why. He said "oh she's on break" wow like it matters. With Covid-19 and just general safe food handling practice this should not be allowed and is the worst health code violation I have ever witnessed. Shame on this manager for not doing his job!

Just went there today order two ten piece nuggets and a burger combo they forget a drink so we get that then they didn’t put the other ten piece on so they give us our food and we drive off we get home and find in bag of nuggets with only eighth in there

They have fresh ingredients and on modays.they have $1.59 1/4 burgers ...that are awsome !!!!But get there early.. they tend to get a big crowd.

The food amazing to say the least. The guy at the window was very rude about the car in front of us who happened to be family. That is not something to be said outloud to any customer. PERIOD! I will eat there again, but hope the service and guest courtesy improves!!

A lovely fast food/burger joint that should be expanded to more cities. Their special burgers hit hard with delicious flavors and juiciness. Fries are a solid B tier, but they do offer a selection of dipping sauces that make them A tier snacking material. The employees were very kind at this location as well, very friendly with good atmosphere. Would recommend!

Having lived where there are many In-N-Out's, B-Bop's is by far BETTER. Excellent burgers and very tasty fries. I will be back a lot.😁😁😁😁😁

I'm sorry to say this visit wasn't the best. They normally do much better. Our order was wrong. When we got our order it was cold and dried out. The trash cans were all over flowing. The shake was really good. I guess that's what really matters. I'm sure your visit will be better. Good luck.

Tried this place as it's not the normal chain fast food. To my surprise this place was REALLY good. Their burger is one of the best by far for fast food restaurants. Their fries and chocolate shake we're good also. My wife enjoyed her chicken sandwich as well. They have a walk up window, a driver side window and funny enough a passenger side order window. Definitely worth trying so check it out!

great food at good prices

Stopped in for a quick bite for dinner, got double cheese burger and fries. I noticed ranch dressing for fries on menu, wow I am so glad I got the ranch. The fries dipped in the rach is wonderful. I don't know where they get their ranch dressing but is some of the best ranch I have ever had. The double cheeseburger had the right amount of everything but my personal taste would have preferred a little more onion. I for sure will go back.

Good fast food, typical B-Bops. Just with they would build a large inside restaurant. Either way good food and good prices.

Not able to give change back, rude and arrogant....... not impressed with how anyone ahead of me is being treated either.....

Every experience has been awesome. No problems other than no onion rings.
